3rd South Pacific ORL Forum - Effective Paradigms in 2013".9 July 2013Aloha! On behalf of the executive committee, we would like to extend a warm invitation to the 3rd South Pacific ORL Forum to be held from 9-12 July 2013 in the tropical Hawaiian island of Maui. The theme for this meeting is "Effective Paradigms in 2013". Go to the website at This meeting will incorporate the Annual Scientific Meeting of the Australian New Zealand Society of Paediatric Otolaryngology (ANZSPO) and Australasian Rhinologic Society (ARS). We are delighted to offer a stimulating scientific programme with relevance to all practising Otolaryngologists. This forum will provide an opportunity to hear from leading international authorities in both Rhinology and Paediatric ORL. The programme will feature keynote lectures and the latest in innovative techniques as well as free papers. Following the tremendous success of the previous meetings in Fiji, we have continued with a programme that includes case based panel discussions with the opportunity to meet leading experts in the field. As well as clinical aspects, basic science research will be presented and we look forward to keeping abreast of the developments in the area. A call for abstracts will be extended in June 2012. As with previous meetings, the venue remains an important dimension and Maui is a wonderful tropical destination to combine work with pleasure. The meeting is arranged to make the most of the facilities available in Maui and it coincides with the Australasian school holidays and North American summer holiday period. We encourage you to bring your families as there will be an excellent extra-curricular programme. We hope to see you all again, in beautiful Hawaii!
